We ship to all destinations in Canada, the continental U.S. and the UK. Some remote locations may require additional shipping charges. All deliveries require a physical street number and address (no P.O. boxes). Additional shipping charges may apply if shipping address is incorrect, or falls outside the given delivery area. Should your address fall outside regular delivery areas, you will be contacted and notified of any additional shipping charges that apply. If we are unable to complete the delivery of your order to the address provided, we will contact you within 48 hours of placing this order to verify the shipping information.

Shipping charges are based on package weight, size, and country of destination. No Shipping Charges are subject to refund once your order is shipped.
At Alphapaws.com we use Canada Post (7 – 10 business days) to ship your order. This carrier delivers Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. and requires a signature for deliveries. If you are not at home the carrier will leave an “Attempted Delivery” notice to let you know that they will try again, or that the package is available for pick-up at your local depot. If you prefer to “fore go” the signature required option with the carrier, please sign the back of the “Attempted Delivery” notice and leave visible in your door. The carrier will take this as acceptance of liability in case of lost or damage to the delivery.
Alpha Paws offers Free Shipping on orders placed in Canada and the continental U.S. Offer applies to items for delivery by regular shipping only and excludes delivery to some remote locations. The shipment of orders to certain remote locations is excluded from these offers. In these instances, the standard delivery charge will be visible during the checkout process. On some products, special handling fees may still apply. If your order contains items that are ineligible for Free Shipping, you will be charged for those items. We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

Undeliverable Packages
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product plus taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
Stolen Package:
Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make the arrangements to secure the package. If the package is stolen Alphapaws.com will not be held responsible, and will not replace the package.
Damaged Shipment:
All clients are requested to inspect delivered items for damage upon receipt. Clients must report the Damage On Arrival (DOA) within 48 hrs to [email protected] with following documents attached:
1. Digital image of the item with damage clearly visible
2. Short description of the damage
Unclaimed Shipment:
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, additional re-send shipping charges will apply.
